Here's the latest info as of Dec 2009.

You may either send the Annual Progress Report to MOE via this email (moe_ce@moe.edu.sg) or post it to them at 1 North Buona Vista Drive, Singapore 138675.
You may attention it to Miss Tan Kiat Joo.
